Welcome to OmniCollect! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Omni website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Account Registration and Eligibility

• General Use & Cataloging: Users of all ages are welcome to create an account to catalog, track, and manage their personal collections on the Platform. If you are under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), you must review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
• Trading & Commercial Features: To initiate, negotiate, or accept physical trades in the Trade Center or conduct buy/sell transactions, you must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction), OR have explicit authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
• Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2. Services Provided

Omni provides users with tools to:

• Catalog, manage, and track personal collections (coins, trading cards, memorabilia, etc.).
• Discover catalog items and access collection analytics.
• Interact with other collectors via direct messaging, P2P item exchanges (Trade Center), and commercial transactions.

3. User Content and Collection Listings

• Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the content, images, and item descriptions you upload to the Platform.
• License: By posting content, you grant Omni a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.
• Accuracy of Listings: When listing items for trade or sale, you warrant that all information (condition, authenticity, provenance, grading) is accurate and not misleading.
• Prohibited Content: You may not upload counterfeit goods, illegal items, stolen property, or content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights.

4. P2P Trades and Marketplace Transactions

• Platform Role: Omni operates as a venue for collectors to catalog and connect. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Omni is not a party to direct trades, purchases, or sales conducted between users.
• User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for negotiating shipping, payments, and condition verification for P2P transactions. Minors participating in trades must do so under direct adult or legal guardian supervision.
• Disputes: While Omni provides a Support Center to assist in resolving platform disputes, Omni is not liable for losses, damaged shipments, or misrepresentations resulting from P2P transactions.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract catalog data using automated systems without prior written consent.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or infrastructure of the Platform.
• Harass, abuse, or spam other users through the messaging system.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the community or Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Omni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
